* Banquet ticket

* No registration fee
* Banquet (Jan 25, 2018): 5,000 JPY
* If approved, your attendance/travel support will be confirmed in mid-November.

Travel Support
RISDA2018 is happy to support travel expenses for students. Support is available under the following conditions:
* Students must attend the full five days of RISDA 2018.
* RISDA2018 will review the "Reason for Participation" for consideration.
* After we approve your travel support, the following documents are to be submitted promptly.
1. Resume
2. An official letter of request or similar document written by the head of the student's academic institution or by a representative of such a person. (form to be provided)
3. Photocopy of accident insurance certificate (The expense of insurance expense is to be borne by the student)
4. Supervising professor's contact information
5. Agreement (form will be sent)
6. Copy of your passport (only for non-Japanese applicants)
7. Your address and emergency contact
8. Bank account information
