Imaging and spectroscopic galaxy survey programs offer unique opportunities to access mysterious dark components of the universe. We need accurate theoretical templates and appropriate statistical methods to fully utilize such big data. Here we introduce our simulation effort being conducted closely in collaboration with the ongoing Hyper Suprime-Cam survey on Subaru telescope. Employing more than 8 billion particles, we perform an ensemble of cosmological N-body simulations that efficiently cover multi-dimensional cosmological parameter space. Emulators are then constructed to smoothly interpolate the simulation results over this space and predict basic statistical quantities to confront with observation. We discuss the current status and future prospects of this project.
